LEVELS

The activities are organized in levels, according to the number of assistant volunteer monitors, and according to the attendance, the levels will be subdivided into several sub-levels.

In the graph, activities for members only are indicated in red.

In our method there are no entrance exams or strict follow-ups, each one manages their time depending on the practice they can do. The monitors will be aware of the evolution and ready to give suggestions and advice, if they require it.

CLASS LEVEL 0 (BASIC)

Anyone can participate and repeat as many times as desired as it is completely free.

It is intended for those novice skaters who are not yet ready to skate alone and safely to start making contact with skating and skateboarding. We learn how to wear a skate correctly, the use of regulatory protections, as well as other protections (seat, helmet); and, the convenient benefit of its use.

We start by finding balance in the Basic Posture, the Safety Posture, the Charlotte (initial skating step, weight skid), the control of the fall (to minimize risks and gain safety), the Natural Turn in A.

We faced the first challenges of stopping, moving, stopping and falling without damage. We will also learn tricks to avoid small curbs, the first ramps, low steps and recognize different floors.

Within this level we introduce ourselves to the first notions of the different types of skate, mechanics and maintenance

At this level, practices outside the classroom begin to prepare new skaters for the routes.

INFANT LEVEL

It is an activity open to all, which takes place only on Sundays.

Minors must be accompanied by at least one parent. Let us remember the need to wear skates and protections.

The monitors have, as is mandatory, the certificate of sexual crimes.

Within this level we introduce ourselves to the first notions of skating, in a playful way and without theory. Children have a much higher learning curve than adults.

CLASS LEVEL 1 (INTERMEDIATE)

All skaters can try one or two classes of this level, but we already ask you to become partners to support the organization of classes and routes. LINK

We work on balance, postures, and develop skills that assure us of solution options in unexpected or complicated situations.

We learn to generate average speed. (Skating by Push), we emphasize flex as the main point of urban skating to improve balance and stability. We practice the Line Twist with flexion (greater stability). We are faced with larger urban ramps and different forms of descent (various forms of slalom, tipping control, etc.), multi-step stairs, street curbs, etc. We work on preparation skills for general freestyle, adapted as a street resource. Also some additional brake forms. Small jumps.

ROUTE / CLASS LEVEL 1

All skaters can try one or two classes of this level, but we already ask you to become partners to support the organization of classes and routes. LINK

The one learned in class will be practiced in the street, and, therefore, there is a short route to practice what was learned at the level: to gain confidence, to test learning and as a tool to measure progress.

This route is for beginners, in a group, accompanied and accompanied by instructors and / or instructors who will give explanations and make stops to intensify the exercises.

The objective is to generate security and confidence for the first urban skating outings. Know different soils. Take short tours.

Exceeding this level allows us to reach the necessary level for the Xino Xano routes on Friday or the first of the month route.

ROUTE / CLASS LEVEL 2

It is an activity reserved only for members.

This route is to practice endurance at medium distances, different soils, medium urban ramps with stairs. To gain confidence in urban skating and prepare for greater autonomy.

We also make stops to apply class knowledge and practice techniques in the street. "Urban skating as an option for leisure transport, its civic, sustainable and ecological use"

The goal is for a skater to be able to generate autonomy, longer trips, more safety and enjoy urban skating with more ease. This level is indicated for the APB routes on Friday.

URBAN HOCKEY (STREETHOCKEY)

It is an activity reserved only for members to publicize more urban modalities on inline skates.

Generally there is material but it is recommended to bring your own stick and mandatory protections.

We start with general notions of posture, stick and pickup, passes, movements, turns, etc.

We do the classes totally practical, that is, there is always a game!

INITIATION TO DOWNHILL

It is an activity reserved only for members.

On the first Tuesday of the month we have the collaboration of Can Cuyás, which provides us with two monitors for those interested in starting out in this modality.

INITIATION TO SPEED SKATING

It is an activity reserved only for members.

On the second Tuesday of the month we have the collaboration of Can Cuyás, which provides us with two monitors for those interested in starting in this modality.
